PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY -

All products are subject to availability and may be discontinued or modified at any time without notice. We make every effort to display product images and colours accurately, but we cannot guarantee your device’s display reflects the exact appearance of the product. 

PRICING & MODIFICATIONS -

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to cancel orders affected by incorrect pricing or information, even after an order has been submitted. 

ORDERS & PAYMENTS -

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method submitted. UNFAYZED reserves the right to cancel or limit orders due to suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or violations of these Terms. 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY -

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. UNFAYZED is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or incorrect address information provided by the customer. Once an order is marked as delivered, UNFAYZED is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. 

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES -

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or lost/stolen packages. Refunds will only be issued if the wrong item was received or if the product arrived with a manufacturing defect. Any issues must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after delivery and supported with clear proof. Exchanges may be offered for a different size depending on available stock and are not guaranteed. If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. 

EMAIL MARKETING & CONSENT -

 By completing a purchase, entering your email, or checking the consent box at checkout, you agree to receive communications from UNFAYZED, including order confirmations, shipping updates, product launches, restocks, promotions, and marketing emails. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link provided, however transactional emails related to your order will still be sent.
